knowski....Please help me to understand. If i am understanding you correctly the plugging would have been done using the drill rig, so why would the drill rig be removed and the BOP still there? As you indicated the well has not been plugged yet since the BOP is still on the top of the casing as the rig is being removed. What is the cost of a 20 inch stacked BOP? And why would there be a need for a BOP on a dry hole? TIA!
