Thank you for the update. Please communicate all you know to the SEC regarding their illicit activities. Pushing their involvement with FBEC and the unknowing diversion of PGCX assets such as Krudd Kleen to FBEC for self gain is key. A second important item is the issuance of a series A stock to Gallant /Mario Faraone for no value to shareholders is criminal. Also should have been a major taxable event so the ITS needs tone tied in
