While this is a great relationship to develop it appears as though Sunworks will not be providing the panels, equipment or the installation manpower for these specific projects. No contract amount for this work disclosed also leads me to believe this professional consultant support work will be performed for them on a negotiated cost plus agreement. This relationship start could certainly lead to big contracts in the future where Sunworks is the prime.
