You state "basically you have corroborated that this is a scam"

Actually, for any that read my post, I have shown with publicly available information that many of your statements are false and misleading. Many are detailed below.

As for "backup all my assertions as they are facts"

That's a really good idea. I have promised and followed through on backing up anything I state as fact with publicly verifiable information. How about backing up some of your 'facts'. Let's start with
1. "Dumping shares at a price just above where the unlocking of restrictions has taken place for insiders". It is false, but since you assert it as fact there should be no problem backing up your information with details and a source.
2. I pointed out below that the quote originally taken from "hot stocked.com" and later modified is incorrect and provided details below.

Here was my post for reference:

Actually FDA said Sucanon was a drug and could not be sold as a supplement as it would need a new drug application. FDA states in the last sentence of the third paragraph in page 2 that they did not review any of the safety data because Sucanon is not a supplement. As stated repeatedly in the first paragraph, FDA considers Sucanon a drug. FDA was also apparently impressed enough to state in the response letter that Sucanon is a drug that was subject to "substantial clinical investigations" and cite an example of the research, namely Dr. Rojas study in Latino prediabetics presented at the 2013 EASD annual meeting and published in their peer reviewed journal.

As for the repeated misleading comment of a "ban", Sucanon was never sold in the US and cannot be sold as a supplement because the FDA considers it a drug per the food and drug act and one that had undergone "substantial clinical investigations". Sucanon would require an investigational new drug application in the US and therefore focus is on other markets where Sucanon is approved and sold (Mexico) approved but not yet sold (Canada) and in the regulatory process (India).

"There are little sales in Mexico after years of trying

Unaudited numbers are reported quarterly $78K last Q and $238K last 9 months.

"No sales in CANADA"

Canada has approved Sucanon but no mechanism for sales yet. Those efforts will progress with the company and distributor, consistent with the priorities of sales in Mexico, approval in India (a very lucrative agreement) and Canada as progress allows.

Accusations of dumping at a price just above unlocking price for insiders has taken place is false. Post backup for your claim.

Now on to the statement which is a modification of the original quote with the prices changed "from $.001 and .003" which is still inaccurate based on the filings as no stock sales have occurred below .003 and many significantly above. Here was the previous statement that has been repeatedly challenged and disproven:

"I believe that this is true "The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.002, all while being traded between $0.005 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well." MARKS HIDE YOUR $$"

Your quote is modified from hotstocked.com, which is inaccurate and may in fact be the real fraud. Note also in #5 above that You continue to stand behind verifiably false information below which can be disproved based on the reported stock sales and prices at otcmarkets.com in the supplemental financials.

"The fact that over the years it has printed hundreds of millions of shares at fixed prices ranging from $0.001 and $0.002, all while being traded between $0.005 and $0.01 goes a long way towards revealing ROTH's true colors as well."

This is a direct quote from a Hotstocked article by Dragni Dragnev (February 24, 2016). See the next to last sentence. This sentence has been posted here numerous times.

Everyone may be interested to read that Hotstocked may be the real scammers. Here is a link to an article that connects Hotstocked and Enigma Software (makers of Spyhunter) which have the same owners. It is a long article, but I encourage everyone to read it and digest it.

These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with. Everyone should always be careful to be aware of your source as you cannot always believe what you read on the internet. I further encourage all to consult the source documents:
FDA letter, Consumer Reports article, financial statements, published Sucanon studies, preclinical information, and check any information that I post as fact. It is all based on publicly verifiable information.
