Latest laughable spin to calm down longs about the massive increase in A/S that was slipped in with the R/S and NTEK was to prevent a hostile takeover because 3 companies have an interest in NTEK. I guess they forgot the super voting preferred which completely overrides all commons which is why they could do a R/S and increase in A/S to roughly 13 billion shares without sending out any proxies but some fools will buy this ludicrous explanation.
