Correct and they haven't received any money yet on these new shares being registered and can't until the SEC declares the S-1 effective. You'll see a Notice of Effect hit EDGAR when that happens.

Today's S-1 is SEC's notice of effectiveness of the new prospectus for the LPC deal that was filed in earlier S-1. Now the company can covert the shares that were registered in order to tap what remains of the $40 million deal before it expires in April 2017. Approx $18,000,000 left to get, and NH will need all of it. Only question is share price at conversion... GO ELTP!!
