"Does DKTS just not care about its shareholders?"

As noted, DKTS is personified by Alonzo Pierce and the answer is "That's right, he doesn't".

The problem here is one that pervades the micro cap market. Most "investors" are driven by the short term share price. Anyone with one good eye can see that, even when they aren't out-and-out scams as these companies appear to be, many micro caps have had NO operations and management that has exhibited no ability or even any inclination to conduct actual operations. A bunch of yahoos try to goose the share price and then move along.

So it's not DKTS that doesn't care about the shareholders, it's the shareholders who didn't care enough to consider whether DKTS had any really value when they bought its shares who created the problem...the share price inevitably ended up reflecting that lack of value. Investors who care about whether a company is now or may some day be functional and enjoy things like revenues and profits are too smart to play this silly MOMO game.
What reason could anyone have to think that ISBG will turn out any differently? Its share price is only 5 hundredths of a penny away from the very same fate.
