I agree, but even if it doesn't and the POR doesn't come out on Friday they will be able to postpone the POR without any real damage. Some people on this board are acting like if this deadline isn't met that there will be substantial consequences on the company will be going up for sale. They don't know how to read the real print.
The truth is the gamblers have their money invested. They take big risks for big profits. They are not letting go now, selling should be near an end. So now it's time for the investors who prefer to make less profit with less risk to jump on board. 10Q is filed, most knew what was happening, They MET their earning expectations. All that is left to do now is finish completing the POR with Crystal Financial, which no one on here knows how much is left to do on that. Then it's business as it use to be, with profits coming in a little each day through out the next 8 years with Donald Trump as President and ???? as VP. America will be great again and Aeropostale will be great again!
