This company has been around for 15 + years, opened with a price of 15.00, went up to 22.00 or so. they raised 70 mil or so as I recall. Burned through that pretty quickly ( 5 or so years), begged, borrowed, and ???

They have consistently gone nowhere but DOWN! , just stating facts.

They were delisted, came back onto Nasdaq with a 6 to 1 reverse if I remember correctly and have repeated their previous performance, DOWN!!. I'm just stating facts here. They've miraculously jumped to a high of 3.75 in the last 52 weeks with smoke and mirrors that seem to be as magical as their technology. But quickly rescinded to their typical placement which is currently at 60 or so cents. One would think that after the amount of money they've burned through, and the time they have had, they would've either produced a viable product or at leats something close to a positive cash flow
