"GTG has backup from the Chinese government and finance from Switzerland, and China of course"

And yet up from under the coconut tree comes exacting purposeful concern.

However let me guide the nut as it falls to insure it's a direct hit.

Of course by now you must realize how the 'so-called' "Investment fund" has but little to zero benefit to the USA corporation due to China's cash export policy. 'absolutely zero debt, and not receiving VAT assistance too'

Once established, the mear idea that any business can or will survive without some type of lending institution or angled loan scheme, even angels too, investor's subsistence, to maintain a steady business, hell, that in its self is freaking rare.

But disregarding that major hurdle, and anyway you look down the next 2-5 year future here QTMM, USA's side of this "Split" JV whatever , only means of payroll, accounting, officers, sex--A-Terrie and Betty Jo's services, Investors' relations' Attorneys, market listing fees, etc. etc. it's a long, long list, rent, utilities, license fees, Transportation, food, lodging, auto rental and more, let not forget to and from China times all, insiders and officers to and from home to Texas and other points of material interest. every single penny required as the ship floats, has only 1 source: pump to dump shares.

But back to the exposition: "GTG has backup from the Chinese government and finance from Switzerland, and China of course"

Hit the nail on the head is to cite. Those are the exact same items and claims of nature, nearly every Chinese reverse merger, back-door merger and venture capital interest claimed, and lets not leave out the $100 million capital investment pump in Chinese news too, from this.

Precisely #1 red flag in the Chinese scams!

So dead on, can actually hear that coconut make its memorial "Klunk!" as it falls on target. [wink]

Corn-fused-us Long-vestor ancient saying: Patience and small movements keep a steady course.

I don't have a humble opinion!

At's ma boy!
