No one is covering anything up, auditors said no evidence to support allegations, Ed said there are no properties, 10k reports no assets.

Not a coverup... It's just plain bullshit being peddled by Maciora and Co to prove materiality in an attempt to extort shares they never bought from someone who didn't have any. Simple stuff.
