Only 130.6 million shares outstanding. No dilution. Numerous stocks out there with 10x this O/S and are trading far, far higher.

This stock just needs volume to move. But lack of volume has been the key problem for this stock (reason why are lack of SEC filing, waiting for news, is company still in business? etc).

It moves a few ticks on just 10,000 shares sometimes. Often there are NO shares on the ask, just a token 10K.

It only took 2,500 shares to drop it back to 0.0004.

It will not take much buying to push this above 0.0010.

If you go in, buy hard at the ask and create a temporary buying spurt, and have the market makers chase the price trying to fill their short sales. .0002 is the bottom and .0004 is the new floor.

This is rare to see this many shares (729K, 0.55% of the O/S) on the ask. I would not be surprised if there are only 10K each at 0.0006, 7, 8, 9, with 0.0010 having more resistance.
