MineAllMine, just guessing that it is a forgone conclusion that they (company and/or bondholders) likely control enough shares to Vote yes on reverse split. May be a good symbolic gesture to Vote no but I am not sure that they have been overly concerned about long term investors for some time now. Hope to be proven wrong...but even if something miraculous happens now, you have to wonder timing wise why they would have ever needed to dilute the company more than 15 x over.
