I have not continued to follow this as closely as you have because the last time I owned any shares is going on about two years now, but reading your post really makes me astonished that there has not been a class action suit against Gerald/AMBS. Because you're right: either he knows he's misleading people or he's colossally incompetent.

After the 1/150 RS a year ago, I would never have believed the SP would collapse from a post-split price of about $8 to the current criminal .05 cents. Heck I thought it would settle at around $4 and it never stopped dropping. One of the worst stocks I've ever seen.

Oh I just remembered that poor shareholder: Christjamin. He said his loss with AMBS was $250,000.
