That sucks they make you jump through so many hoops. I go through scottrade I really haven't had any problems thus far. Eccept for the time they only filled 3 shares of my order one day lol. My comission was 5x as much as the stock I bought. Now I'm a little more careful and most of the time I check the all or none key, but not always. If ameritrade isn't working great for you maybe check out a few of the other options.
