advertising the private placement...it is my guess that there are SEC rules regarding this kind of money raising. the private placement offering was mentioned @ the open house last december. a number of shareholders "talked" about it over on raging bull. i called TBF and they sent me the current PO which was .05 cents a share. there isn't any secrets involved. i believe there are rules against advertising it...if you want a positive reason for not advertising call TBF and ask for steve wagoner. he can tell you why. he sent me the offering that i requested ...the PPO @ .10 cents was discontinued because of lack of interest especially after the open market fell below 10 cents. yes there will be something like 13% dilution if my memory serves me correctly. if the projects are in place and generating cash next year the small dilution required will be well worth it. IMHO... remember the company wants a NAZ small cap listing. the minimum is $4 for a month requirement to be considered. the dilution also effects all shareholders including TBF holdings as well as the employees of the company...if the business plan is successful the dilution will be worth it for the looonger term...JMHO...
