Elmer I can't believe Ruiz was stupid enough to say something like that in public, its one thing for a public corp. to have
a poison pill to prevent hostile take over, it's another thing
for the CEO to say we don't need a poison pill because no one
would be stupid enough to take us over and compete with our
competitor. This speaks volumes for Ruiz's disregard for his
own shareholders, it makes it look like AMD management is their to milk the company for their own pockets kind of reminds me
of the former CEO what’s his name.
