DP hasn't been able to find any angel investment other than toxic.

DP hasn't been able to partner with anyone with deep pockets. (remember Indian Tribes, anyone?)

DP hasn't been able to acquire or merge with any legit MJ operator other then those owned by insiders for ridiculous amount of shares.

DP always pay way more than necessary to get very little things done. Anyone knows how much he paid Rory Reid to get those licenses?

In MJ grapevine, TRTC is synonymous with Pump & Dump.

No wonder he hasn't attend any local MJ conferences but rather flew half way around the world to a conference in Monte Carlo.

Bad reputation precedes DP wherever he goes.
