Federal lawsuit alleges that Greenpay LLC, the Wyoming Corporation was paid for by Ed Boozer. Before that, there was no Greenpay.

Not one employee of Greenpay existed before the WY LLC was formed and MyECheck announced a licensing deal with Greenpay LLC three weeks before the entity was even formed.

If you dispute, then name the employee since you seem to be well versed on the employees?
