Ok, I see what you are saying, I was mistaken.

I assumed that since this patent was filed 3/25/15, and they announced a "Smart Case" patent 5 months later that there was an additional patent on the smart case. When you referred to the "Contact Lens Storage & Charger App" I assumed it was a reference to that patent.

So then there is no "smart case" patent other than this one that is down to one claim on the antenna locations? No charging, or anything?

Well, that is not good.
