It more like an algorithm they have set in place for the stock and when it reaches a certain point the computer program automatically sells their shares. I don't get why it was setup to sell at any price after reaching the target they had for it, but it could be they just wanted to dump it any cost to use those funds elsewhere. Definitely not shorting it. Hope that helps - Cheers!
