Again, I'm not sure about that unless it is coming straight from him. His first 13G filing was 2/2014 and the PPS of Fund.com hadn't been .05 since the beginning of February.

He accumulated more than 1/2 his current holding after he filed that report, so I'm going to assume that he did not buy most his shares at .05.

60K was accumulated between 2/2014 and 2/2015. Probably in the .20 range

Since 2/2015 he has bout maybe 15K. probably at around .60 or so.

That's just my opinion on the timing of the filings and the volume of shares purchased at certain times. Nobody really knows what he paid except for him.
