When I spoke with Calentine he said “Aspen is a challenge that has been thrust upon him.”

What an understatement. After glancing at the filing, I don’t think there are too many men who would rise to the challenge and in that respect he has done remarkably well. Most men would have let us go under.

I hope he takes these parasites out.

We were so close to expiring it is remarkable that we are not only still breathing but picking up production. Given what just appeared on SEDAR our present situation is a tribute to both intelligence and sheer will. Interesting that within this Company exists that which is the worst of humankind and that which is the best.

I have personally seen that when things are at their darkest we are able to rise beyond our limited capabilities and do what we cannot ordinarily accomplish.

We have come a long way but there are still some heavy problems to deal with.

I would be hesitant to recommend Aspen right now and believe the second quarter will be telling. But I have to admit although stunned I am smiling at the intelligence and will that I have seen.
