Well maybe you should ask somebody who has actually been shot if they would have preferred the front or back.....that's not the issue. The issue was, "What is a shoot pack?", and Yankee is right where this contract is concerned.

The ballistic "tests" cited are a smokescreen as they don't reference a "shoot pack" as stated in the PR

"If the DoD wants to test our materials for their penetrability, and assuming the materials excel in their tests, then how could you possibly think that it matters what the initial tests are done on, be it a vest to protect the body, or a backpack to protect the solider and their gear?"

Pretty sure they ballistically test anything put on a soldier......but a backpack is not the same as a vest
