I must be missing something here. According to the 13d filing BE Capital owns 20% of the stock or roughly 173000 shares but also in the filing it says they acquired them at .01 a share how does that happen when the rest of us were in at a higher level unless they have been sitting on shares when the were at or fell to .01. How does this work in with the settlement? Sure would be nice to know the details of the settlement and how the mechanics of the distribution of dollars to share holders is going to play out. I am sure it is a process and a complicated one at that but just unfortunate that no one can seem to pinpoint a time line
