Speaking of SEC filings, why does Ed state via PRs the wrong purchase price and terms for the Greenpay aquisition, and why does he now contradict his orriginal PR and the SEC filings relating to Myec owning 100% of the assets of Greenpay at the sale?

The purchase agreement said the price was $1,170,000 with cash payments to Sierra Global but the PR said $400,000 price and no cash payments.

Sounds misleading to me.
