So i heard TRTC has patented and is developing a specialized vape pen that includes a refillable Helium kicker cartridge.

When you puff, the oil vapor mixes with Helium, causing the standard and rather hilarious side effect of a squeaky chipmunk voice.

This is nearly always funny. But when you are high, it is comedy gold.
