And, I don't throw any doomsday scenarios into the "something else" category. IMSC is in a good position. We're either going to get a buy-out, partnership, refinance, or extension. There has not been one credible/believable doomsday type scenario put there.



In this case, why don't you go ahead and take out a mortgage on your house and go all in? Not even a single "bad" scenario was proposed here? I actually haven't seen a single "doomsday" scenario.
