I don't know how you make a down payment to a company losing staff and no capability to manufacture the key components which appears to be this modular hospital and mobile clinics for rural support. There are no assets behind Kallo.

My guess is something major changed with the structure and requirement of the original vision and hell it has been 3+ years, so financial costs change over that time.

ITD sounded like they would be building that 55,000 sqft hospital. Did that fall through?
