for what is owed, that would really hurt them in the long run, Its not like they worked themselves into $10 billion of debt and would never work their way out of it, its not worth it. That would be like the everyday Joe going through BK because he racked up 3 grand on a credit card and cant pay his cell phone bill that is a couple months behind...
