You are exactly right. RICO means there has been a pattern over time (years) which culminates into racketeering. That's what GOSY is claiming in their lawsuit against the Wallaces. In fact, I would think that the more evidence brought forward from the many years of Wallace's attacks on GOSY and Mr. Spencer, the better. The filing states that they have much more evidence.
