I am answering the question that it was not dissension among the board and they voted him out, it was a large shareholder who is not on the board. In essence, answering the question that was posed that the board DID NOT VOTE hargrove out. Again, someone else who was at the AGM who was there for the vote (which was public for attendees) can share there own version. Reiza didn't vote him out.
