simple....Sales! private investors and Government mandates will secure as much $$$$ as they need.
You will see when they rectify the filings.


Be thankful FARE is not a lying scam that hasn't completely withdrawn from the sec and lies about everything including purchases and can't audit the financials!!


When the filings are brought up to date She's gonna get Real good in here$$$$$$. Cheap shares are almost gone forever!
