Thanks for your polite response.

I WAS a shareholder for 2 years. I sold my 250K (at a loss) on the uncertainty of the investigation. Do you have a problem with that or does that disqualify me from having an opinion? I still believe in the value of what lies under the waters of the JDZ, but I have always had difficulty with some of the principals (both foriegn and domestic) involved.

Whether or not I buy back in depends on the results of the investigation and SEO's actions in the interim.
