So you are claiming that another Corporation is willing to pay Millions or Billions of dollars for NTEK just on the word of a convicted Felon currently in Prison? And take the persons(David Foley)word for it, that that NTEK is worth a certain amount due to sales and assets with no viable proof(Audits)?

For a used car worth a few hundred dollars yes. But most people put way more DD than that just to buy a 20k dollar used car. What you claim is not possible, as a Corporation with Millions or Billions to spend, has that kind of money by NOT doing stupid things. Like even thinking about buying a total scam like NTEK.
