I could see GME starting to dive again, but DPBE? NO way. Not if Wilf is saying Billy is owed zero. Billy was the heart and soul of this company and for YEARS some of us have said that even though he was finding things that Wilf would never allow it to trickle down to the company. Two parts of this company. Operations in the DR (Good) and WIlf (very, very bad) Even though ridiculed, and told many times that wilf would do the right thing when the time came, he just proved himself to be what many of us have said he is by telling Billy he gets a big fat zero.

And to say that Billy represents the company? An executive? He himself said numerous times when confronted as an executive that lied on documents that he is NOT and never was an executive. He is the captain. Or was.
There has been no activity in three years, Wilf is just now getting something going with this Mercury thing, and he is bypassing Billy? ANd the one who has CONSTANTLY defended Wilf and the company, who gave glowing reports of how the company would do right when the time came, now says that "Wilf's supporters" better find a way to do things right? He IS the BIGGEST WIlf supporter out there. Even an unofficial "director" of the company by his own writings.
This company is done. NO CEO. NO boat. NO captain. NO office. NO filings. NO legal existence. NO registered agent for notices. And I don't see it coming back. I'd call it "game over" but I correctly said that over two years ago. When the CEO left the company and started a new job, but the company didn't even put out the Reg FD requirement stating that the CEO left the firm. And when the legal requirements of the SEC stopped being adhered to. It may still be traded, but so is Another one, where the CEO made up a story about emeralds being found that were planted, and then he killed himself. Tell me why THAT one is trading? Because they trade until they are stopped, or until they are bought out by someone else. But just because there is trading doesn't mean to me that they will EVER get a contract again, or that Wilf will ever be able to make this up to Captain Billy and get a crew in the water again. Still a done deal, IMHO. ANd if GME gets their reward, it means nothing to DPBE. It would be like Ford getting a deal with China, and that affecting General Motors. It doesn't transfer.
Go GME. Win your case. Maybe you will get to take over what is left of the old DPBE areas too. And if so ... I know of a captain that knows the area very well and might be willing to work for you (I can't speak for him, but who knows ...)
