I think there has been activity at HQ recently.



You've had a fairly close relationship in past with BAA-PR which I assume has continued. What have they written/said recently that makes you think this?

Never have I known you to share such presumptuous opinions and I hope you are right!

There are two things currently working in BAA's favor:
1) Improving openness from Kabila regarding the democratic process for the coming elections
2) Rising POG
