Not only Big Apple, but Bert Martin Arnold seems to have done some dirty work too. Neil Wallace has filed a lot of abusive legal actions "pro se" to drain the company's funds. He maintained a friendship with Eliott Polatoff of Big Apple (and later Fairhills Capital) for many years afterward. I hope the RICO suit goes to discovery. From my extensive DD Wallace and MacLeod are clearly involved in a conspiracy to ruin the company.
