So, from experience, Ticker "GBSN"
They had 2 reverse splits. Both times, the reverse happened on the date provided on the public form. I haven't followed ATRN's public forms, so I'm not sure what is happening. Every time GBSN had a meeting to discuss a reverse split and such R/S passed/accepted a date was provided and thus the reverse split occurred on that date....
I still follow atrn, but I don't have as much invested as some of our fellow investors.

Hope things get better around here.... R/S's are brutal and only benefit the company. It is a total robbery of shareholders on behalf of the company.
