Microbe Guard vs Nova BioGenetics, Court File No. 27-CV-06-633, suit in Minnesota.

Microbe Guard lawsuit against Nova Biogenetics Inc, Nova Specialty Chemicals Inc and Tim Moses for Fraud and Deceptive Trade practices was amended and granted in State Court to include a count of Fraud against Nova and their CEO, Dr. Kevin Smith. Microbe Guard has established that Nova BioGenetics fraudulently sold products and willfully committed fraud against Microbe Guard. It further established the deceptive trade practice orchestrated by Nova and their management. The ruling by the court will make the officers of Nova personally responsible for all damages and costs.

Microbe Guard's case is so strong, that the court issued subpoenas to the EPA to release all of Nova's EPA registrations and supporting documents directly to Microbe Guard. The Court also issued subpoenas to Nova's manufacturer, ICT Chemical, to release all run/batch data directly to Microbe Guard.
