I might be mistaken but didn't the hedge fund purchase those shares at .17 each. If I read the PR correctly it said 1 unit was worth 20 shares and units were bought at $3.40. That would roughly add 40m shares to the float at a cost of .17 each. Which means they got a 95% discount on what a normal investor can get.
