my guess is that sometime after the r/s they will begin to issue shares to raise capital and if their business doesnt pick up...well you can guess..dilution...NETE did their R/S. NETE was at around the .30's/.40's and the R/S kicked it up to 2.70 and now it is in the 1.90's...if they cant make the grade the R/S ends up in dilution again
