In some filings
There was a issue of 2,000,000 Class C Preferred for Encounter Development Technology Inc.. Those 2,000,000 are worth 7,700,000 per shares with a par value of .001.
So it would seem those Encounter Development Technologies Inc. Preferred are worth 15,400,000,000,000 shares or at a par value of .001 15.4 Billion
So question. If Osceola Gold Inc is 7,700,000,000 shares and National Corporate Systems Inc is 7,000,000,000 shares. Does that mean those shares are worth $1. Leaving at 15.4 Billion shares - 14.7 Billion shares, 700,000,000 shares at $1 to work with ?
Other thing is there was a 5% F/S issue the old shares and certs when surrendered. Now based on 12.403 Billion on the July 2011 filing on old shares is that 620,000,000 shares ?
I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
