If after the R/S they stick only to the 5M. offering and not issue new shares by meeting thair needs with revenue, there is no reason to sell right here at the bottom.
I rather wait and see first and then exit, if they intend to issue a new shares after the R/S.
R/S is a good thing in thair situation, becouse they can attract more investors at higher prices, but only if they announce a good news and earnings in which I belive they'll do.
Otherwise it will be the same pattern as the last one we saw. Hope they will not do the same mistake again and by doing a new R/S they can support it with good sales and revenue.
