What I'm struggling with is the same people that showed up in body armor and camo are also the same people that made those rifle shots who are also the same folks that turned themselves in?

Those rifle shots are not easy to make and I can't see any one with those kind of skills just rolling over like that. Why all the tactical gear if they are going to just turn themselves in?

This thing stinks like the rest imo
