Rally, Mace, you both have a point on pricing. However, I was pointing out that the pre-market purchase $65.97 may be a starting point for a upward run, when the institutions are ready to let the run occur. Unfortunately the entire market is tilted towards the institutions, not just ANIP and as Mace implied it is what it is, today.
