Itexts is a company he put our money into, and he promised us dividends in the form of itexts stock. We never got those shares, and FK seems to have lost interest in itexts 2 years or so ago. He also failed to perform with another dividend... that was GCHI, what a joke. GCHI is non-tradeable and still not listed... not even on the OTC. A third dividend was even promised... and never delivered. We got these shares/dividends because FK told us to hold our WNTR shares through 3 specific dates, to become a "shareholder of record". While we held... he DUMPED MASSIVELY. He tricked us into taking our shares off the ask, and out of his way, so he could sell more shares for himself. We got conned, scammed, duped, suckered, ripped-off... big-time. FK is a con artist. He pulled the dividend scam three times in a few months... before we could catch on to the scheme. Well... Google his office location, lolol. Seems legit. JMO. GL!
