General Growth Properties Inc. (GGP)

Haven't checked this board in months, yes it is usually a quiet board (Not quite ; ). most i-hubbers generally play low dollar and penny stocks for a flip, so a lot of real stocks don't get much chatter. I've been in GGP for years and i'd say if you grabbed some shares on the 24th or 25th keep a close eye on them. GGP is now at it's resistance so we might break up to 32-33 briefly, but I'm not sure it will hold 30 when it pulls back, or it might just pull back to the mid 28s without an up tick short term. If I were starting a long position, I'd wait at least until after the Ex=div date (7/13) and be a nibbler @ under 28, and a buyer under 27. Who knows, a macro correction might even bring it back down to the mid 20s, but GGP has been cruising fairly well as of late.
