The financing depends on the pps reaching .01, the .02, then .03. This means a lot of buyers need to come to the table. If this doesn't happen, then the financing falls through. It's kinda a F'up way to obtain financing. Meaning, the assets and merits alone don't get the CEO financing, but a major % jump in pps does. In other words, the financer is saying that if the investment community doesn't believe in you, then neither do we and no note(loan) will be issued.

Halitron needs shareholder open market stock purchasing support with minimum thresholds of average closing share price of $.01 on July 15th, $.02 on August 15th, and $.03 on September 15th to receive debt financing
