I was at the annual meeting and asked Mark specifically why he implemented the reverse split when he did without the benefit of orders to shore up the impact. He answered that he simply saw this as "the first step toward preparing for upgrading" and was clearly surprised at the markets reaction. I was so astounded I asked him again to be certain that I had heard him correctly and he repeated what he had stated previously. Given this behavior it is not unreasonable to question whether he is making the recent hiring decisions in anticipation of future orders but has nothing specific in the works at this time. Let's all hope that is not the case because, if so, additional dilution is just around the corner.
